Notices and Disclaimers
The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements.
Use of this website in no way creates an Attorney/Client relationship.
You are under NO obligation to pay Attorney's fees unless you agree to retain us to represent you AND we accept your case.
Past results achieved for our clients afford no guarantee of future results. Please remember that every case is different and must be judged on its own merits.
Each case is evaluated separately and must be judged on its own merits. Fee schedules will be discussed in initial consultation with prospective clients. In the circumstance that Luke Wells Law handles a case on a contingency fee basis, the fees are based on a percentage of any recovery obtained on behalf of a client, and a fee is charged only if successfully recovering an award on behalf of the client. Rules of the Court require Luke Wells Law to advise that clients may be responsible for costs/expenses. In most cases, the costs and expenses are only owed by the client if we are able to obtain a recovery, and they are deducted from any recovery at the conclusion of the matter.
The information contained within this website does not constitute legal advice, and use of this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. For more information, please contact us at [email protected].
To the extent necessary pursuant to Rules of Court, Luke Wells Law designates Luke E. Wells as the attorney responsible for this website.
